Hi Team
For service desk projects, dynamic forms for Jira Cloud will support auto-populate the text field.
Custom field A is select list(single choice)
Custom Field B is text field
I have a custom field A, if I select a drop-down value from custom field A, the other custom field should display(custom field B) as required.
Hi @Nitin Pai ,
I am glad that you are trying Dynamic Forms for Jira.
Unfortunately, right now the Jira Service Management projects are not supported due to the technical limitations of API.
Dynamic Forms works for Software projects but for sure we will add support for JSM when it will be possible. To the best of my knowledge, this is unlikely to happen until early next year.
Best regards,
Jarek

@drosse I don't know any but maybe some validators at the transition screen could help?
I have insight from the Atlassian team that they will investigate the JSM support for that API at the beginning of next year so I also keep my fingers crossed for some good news about that.

Hi,
so far I can just confirm that Atlassian is looking for a solution for that. That is some plan for the first quarter of 2024 but we don't know when it will be released.
That compatibility with JSM have high priority for us so we have our fingers crossed for that feature.
