Dropdown menu overlapping

The top menu drop down is overlapping the toolbar that has the edit, tools, etc. We have upgraded to the newest version and and all plugins are up to date.

  • Which Atlassian product that this behaviour occured ? What version is installed ?
  • What web browser type and version is being used ? (IE8,IE9,Chrome )
  • Screenshot to show the behaviour
  • is it reproducible across all user with different OS ? (Windows,OSX,Linux)
