Does anyone know of an add-on that allows an administrator to bulk edit project settings?

In particular the new priority scheme. We recent upgraded to a newer version of JIRA and every project (262 of them) is using the default priority scheme. Since JIRA (JIRArrrrgh!) adds any new priority to the default scheme automatically, if we want to take advantage of this feature we need to change all 262 projects to use a new scheme.  I looked to see if CLI supports this and it is unclear.

You can do this by going to "Priority Schemes", and then clicking on "associate" on any priority scheme. Then, you can select all the projects using shift.

That should allow you to bulk-assign all your projects to a new priority scheme at once.
