Did the Redmine importer option dissappear from the latest cloud release?

Cricket Sloan July 13, 2017

I have been happliy importing projects from Redmine to Jira all this last month.  However, I went to import my final project today and the importer is gone.  I tried to add the add-on and it says that I cannot which makes sense, but there is a place to try to add add-ons to the cloud instance.

Anyway, I am not sure where to turn to get my last but of data imported

You can try CSV

Thank you for helping me to navigate to a page with a clear statement on the deprecation.  I feared as much.  Being new to cloud-jira, is there a place to know what is coming.  I could have scheduled my work to be a little faster if I had known the feature was limited.

Cricket, that link is for Jira Server.

You can find the information regarding releases of cloud here:

Hope it helps
