Is it possible to set the default time unit in Tempo Timesheets to be days rather than hours?

In more detail:

In Jira we've configured all time units to display in days (e.g. the Time Tracking view has Estimated / Remaining / Logged time for an issue all showing in days).  We're currently evaluating Tempo Timesheets but throughout their UI however everything is displayed in hours (e.g. Log Work menu, Calendar View, Timesheet View all time is displayed in hours).

This would produce a confusing UI for our users with - for example - one view showing that they've logged 0.5 days against an issue, but another view showing that they've logged 4 hours.  Is there any way to make this consistent and have the Tempo UI elements display time in days as well?

Is there any update on this topic.? We have the same need. Days would be much clear rather than hours.
