Data in Jira dashboard is not updating

We currently have a report which was built using EasyBI which shows as a dashboard in Jira.  The dashboard stopped updating a few days ago and we are trying to work out what has gone wrong.

Hi @Lena Gaston ,

could you please provide us some details of the issue? e.g logs , or something in hand! 

However, have in mind to check if the filters are correct, the jqls in the dashboard configuration.Sometimes small changes break up things !

Thank you for responding.  It seems the account used to feed data from EasyBI to Jira has been deleted.  Hope this helps someone else in the future.
