Currently getting an error on Work Log: Description

Hi. I've been using your all-in-one reports for a while now with no problems, however I've now got an issue where it's not pulling through the information correctly for the Work Log: Description field. This is quite a major issue for us as we report monthly to our clients on the work that we've done and this is a key field for the time spent on a particular project. Any ideas how this can be fixed?
