Could this add-on be used to detect whether a survey has been filled out?

Hi,

I have JIRA installed on prem (version 8.15) and installed a third party add-on named "Surveys for JIRA", which sends surveys to customers (e.g. we would fix a ticket and a survey is sent to them where they can let us know how we performed). The URL for this add-on is https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1213103/surveys-for-jira-jira-customer-surveys?hosting=server&tab=overview.

We noticed not all the customers will fill out the survey. We're wondering if there's a way I could use this addon (Automation for Jira - Server) to check whether the customer filled out the survey and if not after 10 days, will send a reminder to the customer to fill out the survey?
