Collecting Read Confirmations for Confluence Pages

We're looking for a way to collect when someone has read a page in Confluence. I see there is an avono plugin for this, but we don't need to set deadlines and such. Ideally there would be a button at the end of a page that the user would click, enter their name, and then submit. We'd then want to be able to store that information and view who has read a page and when.

Are there any other plugins out there that do that, or could it be done by creating a user macro?

No, that's good. We've used ConfiForms in our environment for this. It is an add-on that allows you to create forms that store structured data within Confluence. It send emails, create Jira tickets, and a slew of other things. Anyway, we have some pages in our environment that are created via a template. The template has a ConfiForms button on it that when the user clicks it adds their name, page, and time to a form containing information on pages read.
