Cannot see JIRA on the emails ribbon - but it is there on meetings ribbon

Hi I want JIRA  to show on email ribbon as well. I cannot see it, Please help. 

It shows on the ribbon when someone sets a meetings. I tried to customise the ribbon but I cannot find JIRA. Please help
