Cannot create review, claims it is metadata-only changeset

"This is a metadata-only Changeset. It cannot be added to a review"

Hi Jason,

It looks as though you may have stumbled upon a bug - Crucible should only be disabling changesets like this for review when there are no content changes. I would advise that you create a support request at http://support.atlassian.com.

In the meantime, you can disable the metadata only review check by starting Crucible with the following flag:

-Dcrucible.detect.metadata.revision.changes=false
