Hi Shweta - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You can create an automation rule based on an Issue Transitioned trigger. 

Then add any condition checks.

Then add a Branch for Parent

Then add an action under the Branch for Transition Issue. 

Then select the status for the Epic you want to transition to.
