For technical reasons there is currently no public facing repository for the FishEye Directory Scanner Plugin. I do have the latest sources for the plugin if that would help. Feel free to email sales@atlassian.com and ask for Marian. Once I get your email I will then send over the fisheye-repositron-plugin.tar.gz.
