On the "SLA Goals" report it only shows the results for the past 7 days. How can I see this report showing weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly?
Hi @Sara Nicholson ,
In Jira, the ability to customize the time frame for reports, including the "SLA Goals" report, depends on the version of Jira and the specific add-ons or plugins you have installed. The default "SLA Goals" report in Jira Service Management typically shows the results for the past 7 days.
To see this report with a different time frame, you can follow these general steps:
1. Navigate to the "Reports" section in Jira. The location may vary depending on your Jira version and configuration.
2. Find the "SLA Goals" report. It might be under a specific service desk project or in the reporting section of Jira Service Management.
3. Once you have opened the "SLA Goals" report, look for options to customize the time frame. Common options include dropdown menus, date range selectors, or buttons to change the time frame.
4. Select the desired time frame, such as weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly. Some tools may also allow you to specify a custom date range.
5. Apply the changes, and the report should update to display the SLA goals for the selected time frame.
If you are using a specific add-on or plugin for reporting in Jira Service Management, the steps might be slightly different. In that case, I recommend consulting the documentation or support resources for that add-on or plugin to understand how to customize the time frame in the "SLA Goals" report.

Unfortunately, we must have a version that doesn't allow for customization. There are not options for editing anything on that page. We are moving to the cloud in the next few months so hopefully I will have the option there. I did, however, find that if I create a new report, I can select a new series and select TTR avg. in the drop down and this provides us with the information we need. I just had to create the advanced JQL query for what we were looking for.
Thanks for your help!
Sara
