Can I remove or hide "Create Defect" option from Test Execution details page?

Hi,

In the Test Execution details page, there are three options for creating defects.

1. Create Defect

2. Create Sub-task

3. Add Defects

My project requires me to display only "Create Sub-task" and "Add Defects" option. Is it possible to remove or hide "Create Defect" option from this page?
