I need to generare a monthly report as an Excel doc, containing already created custom fields.
- The Excel document must contain only some fields as Excel columns.
- Most of default fields must be removed from the Excel columns.
Can I configure/customize the report export, in order to only contain the custom fields and only a couple of default fields (most of defaults fields are not needed) ?

Currently there are no customization options for the default columns in the report export. That would need to be done manually once the export has been created.
