Hi @Sreedevi Kr ,

What exact bulk operation, you are trying to do?

Are you moving issues from one project to another project, if yes, please check the current assignees of the issues are having access to assign issue in other project.

Sreedevi Kr November 7, 2023

Yes all assignees have access to both projects

Ok, so in each project you can set the default assignee, it seems that in your target project the default assignee is unassigned. You can change this option in the project details

assignee.j.jpgI have changed the default user also in target project. But while doing bulk move "assignee" field Im selecting as automatic and clicket on retain. Still its comming as unassigned after bulk move.
