Is it somehow supported the set up of automated task structure in Big Picture Cloud?
I need the GANTT chart to display a hierarchy of issues given the "relates to" JIRA link, instead of just the plain Big Picture parent-child relationship.
In server version it works great.
Thanks
Hello Noel
I think Jira Cloud and the corresponding BigPicture edition do support structure builders, as in figure 1. To get there, try the BigPicture's new 'Overview' home screen and then your program Configuration, see fig. 2.
Here's a list of functionalities missing from BigPicture Cloud, compared to the Server edition https://wiki.softwareplant.com/display/DOCUMENTATION/Cloud+vs.+Server+-+Key+Differences+in+BigPicture+on+These+Platforms

How to you revert back to previous config? My tasks are now not in the same structure after I change the settings back. I have new folders with tasks in them and other tasks from other projects.
