Automation: how to find email recipients from automation

Tatiana Marti January 4, 2024

Hello,

We have an issue with a old user who left our entreprise but someone put his email in an automation.

I found how to list automations  who send an email (with tables AO_589059_RULE_CONFIG and AO_589059_RULE_CFG_COMPONENT)  but I can't find where are stored the recipients.

Thanks for your help

Tania

Don't try to look in the database, the data you are looking for is stored as part of a field on other tables and you're going to spend weeks looking for it.

Your best option is to read your Automation rules in the UI.  Start with a look at the project that the email was generated by, it's likely to be a project Automation, rather than global.

Hello Nic and thanks for the answer but our instance have 400 projects, and if found 100 using automation sending a mail. So it's not so simple.

If you have the table where dats is stored I think it will be helpfull.

Thanks

Tania
