In the AddOn Automation: Trying to create an automation rule with "Lookup issues" but this action is not available for me. We are running Jira Server.
Hi Sascha,
That might only be available in the Cloud version of Automation. But are you using the free Automation Lite version? Or the paid Pro version?
And just found that answer - it is indeed only available for Cloud. Here is the request for Server that you can vote for and follow:

Hi John
I want to consolidate notifications per email for cutover tasks into one email per day and user instead of one notification per issue to the user (this can cause a flood of emails...).
Users are complaining that they receive too many emails.
Is there another way to fulfill my requirement than w/ "lookup issues"?
Thanks, Marc

Hi Marc - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
First just a note to say that it is always better to create a new question in Community than piggyback off of an old issue so that thousands more people will see the question.
So, to answer, it depends on what you have going on, but you might be able to do that with just creating a filter and then adding a subscription to the filter.
Here's some more information on Subscriptions if you are not familiar with them.
