Automation Trigger that is activated by the execution of a Test Case in Zephyr Scale

Hi,

I would like to build an Automation Rule that may be triggered when a Tess Case is performed in Zephyr.

Example:

If you run a Test case from the Traceability Panel in the Issue and mark it as "Fail" this will activate an Automation that transitions the Issue to the Failed Status.

I tried "Issue Update" but when you run the Test Case from the traceability panel in Jira this does not seem to update the Issue.

Any suggestions?
