Atlassian suite with Office365 integration without Secure IMAP/POP

We are trying setup office 365 email services to our Atlassian suite products.

Note: Accessing application via POP3/IMAP mailboxes is restricted in our organization.

Please help us on resolve the issues.

You will need to change the attitude "will no longer be supported", or adopt IMAPS (fully supported, and recommended over non-secure POP and IMAP)
