After setup screen but cannot show any fields in agent mode

After setup screen have field system and Function and sub but cannot show fields in agent mode for create ticket.

Hi Todsporn,

You should check the field configuration in case those fields are hidden.

Also check the field's context, it might be only visible to certain Projects, add your project in to make them visible. (Go to 'Settings>Issues>custom fields' to find them)
