I've trying to surface a Confluence Cloud page in Teams and I've followed the documentation here , specifically these steps.
Select > Teams Tab in the left panel
Select one of your channels
Click > + in the top right
Click > Confluence Cloud for Microsoft Teams app
Select your Cloud site
You can search for your page and then select it
You can choose > Post to the channel about this tab
Click > Save
I can successfully get to step 8 and then an error message is displayed "Unable to save configuration for "Confluence Cloud" tab".
Has anyone else encountered this one? Is this a permission issue on Teams or on Confluence Cloud?
I'm accessing both Teams and Confluence Cloud through OKTA integration configured through Atlassian Access on the Confluence Cloud side.
This was resolved by Atlassian today. The problem was my cloud site for Confluence was hosted on a *.jira.com domain which did not work with the Teams app integration. Now it does.
I am still having an issue adding a Confluence Tab to a Private Channel in a Team. Any thoughts?
