Add new projects to X-Ray Requirement Project automatically

Hello,

I'm wondering if there is a built-in method in Jira that would allow me to have new projects automatically added to the "Requirement Projects" list in X-Ray app management settings (i.e. all new projects will default to X-Ray projects and will be added to the requirements projects list)? Performing this step manually is a trivial task, but my team is looking to automate this process.

If there isn't a Jira UI centric way of performing this task (in an automated manner), is there a way to do it using the Jira API or X-Ray API?

Hi Steven, 

Xray doesn't provide any automatic way to enable the Requirement Coverage when creating a new project. However, you should contact our Support service desk, and our team will help you using the Rest API.
