AIO Timeout Issue

I am getting OData : Request failed exception when connecting to Jira Using AIO Connector it is so frequent. Anybody knows how to fix as we stuck because of this.

Please help me with below mentioned issue

Remote Server returned an error : Internal Server error: No data Fetched or inserted for 5 minutes. Stack trace : aio:jira: connector exception : Refresh abort
