First order of business is to create a toolkit with SOPs and workflows. Wondering if who may feel comfortable sharing their preferred templates with me?  Thank you!

Thanks Kristen. Those links are somewhat helpful but I'm new to Jira. I'd like to understand if there are automated workflows created for email campaigns, videos with steps for example. And although I know we'll likely build those once we get an account rep assigned to us, it be great to see what is currently existing or used by others if possible.
