We are looking the Junior Atlassian Administrator (Manila/Mumbai)

As the Junior Atlassian Administrator you will be responsible for all Atlassian ecosystem and how they are implemented and developed to serve Itiviti best. 

Itiviti is a rapidly changing and evolving global company with high demands on availability and functionality.

Responsibilities:

• Work in cooperation with Atlassian expert and DevOps team
• Keep knowledge on Atlassian products and apps (in-house, marketplace)
• Suggest best Atlassian solutions for business needs, both long-term (strategic) and more short term and hands on
• Keep control, maintain and do new custom development of Atlassian products
• Internal support for Atlassian products
• System SLA and performance
• Integrations with other products and systems:
  • Salesforce
  • Code repositories and versioning systems
  • AD (LDAP), Mail, G-Suite
  • Integration between Atlassian products

Required skills:

• Scripting languages experience (python)
• Unix-like OS admin/advanced user level
• Experience in most common DBs (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Web-servers (nginx, httpd, litespeed)
• Java and Java's ecosystem/tools (preferred)
• Kanban, Lean (preferred)
• Virtualizations (VMware) (preferred)

Challenges:

• We believe that the best way forward is to replace in-house developed apps with 3rd party plugins where suitable and cost-effective.
• Get to know and map current usage around Salesforce integration. 
• Continuous cleanup of Atlassian Suite
• Take over the source code for our customizations. We can still use our third party vendor as a secondary option for custom development where suitable, but we should maintain the code ourselves.

Your profile:

• You have a Computer Science academic background
• You are a beginner, or have a short experience
• You have a strong sense of user service
• You have a good level of English
• You are a team player, with good communication skills
