Required
- Expert level knowledge of JIRA Service Desk, JIRA Software, Confluence, Portfolio and BitBucket
- Expert level knowledge of Atlassian Add-ons
- Ability to function as a team player and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills; capable of writing proposals or papers, acting as a vendor liaison and making presentations to internal customers or professional peers
- Ability to automate processes and manage priorities effectively to achieve optimal results
- Ability to develop technical specifications and interpret business requirements
- Ability to manage and work multiple projects
- Familiar with GIT
- Familiar with DevOps
- Solid understanding of database administration
- Experience working with Office 365 as a power user
- Solid understanding of IIS, Active Directory and DNS
- Solid understanding of Exchange Online, IMAP, SMTP, POP and HTML protocols
- Ability to build PowerShell scripts
- Programming Language C# or similar
- Ability to generate reports using PowerPivot, Power BI, PowerView, Tableau, Excel, SSRS or similar

- Three-plus years of JIRA Service Desk, JIRA Software, Confluence, Portfolio and Bitbucket Administration
- Three-plus years of JIRA Service Desk, JIRA Software, Confluence, Portfolio and Bitbucket architecture or engineering
- Three-plus years implementing and supporting Atlassian products for more than 250 users
