- Systems Administration Skills & Experience
- Experience as a System Administrator supporting Atlassian tools (specifically JIRA / Confluence) at an enterprise-level company
- Experience in Atlassian includes: User Management, workflows, boards/dashboards, templates for Confluence wiki spaces, reporting research & implemented plug-ins etc
- Ability to create and off-board users, perform manual provisioning, report licensed users and troubleshoot any Tier 1/Tier 2 issues for JIRA / Confluence
- Experience performing root cause analysis for any trends within enterprise applications
- Basic Linux command knowledge
- Basic level of understanding of scripting
- Dev Ops Skills
- Experience managing on-premise installed Atlassian Products
- Solid Experience with upgrades / patch installs for Atlassian products
Day to Day
Employer is looking for a Systems Administrator to support 4 IT Services Platforms: JIRA, Confluence, Service Now, and custom Knowledge Base solution. This resource will be responsible for:
- Atlassian Development, Administration, & Dev Ops
- User Administration & Management (all platforms)
- Level 1 & 2 application support and Troubleshooting (all platforms)
- System / Workflow Configurations (all platforms)
- Integrations Support & Monitoring (all platforms)
Platform Maintenance such as plug-ins, upgrades, patching etc. (all platforms)
