Atlas Authority is a full-service Atlassian and monday.com partner firm. We sell, implement, customize, and support software to help our customers improve their efficiency and performance. We also create our own plugins/apps for these platforms.

We’re looking for a Technical Consultant to help us help our customers, to be the best that they can be. You will own customer challenges, identify solutions, work with the rest of the consulting team, and help to make sure that our customers are able to overcome anything they encounter.

As a Technical Consultant, you’ll …

• Meet with customers to deeply understand their problems, then design and deliver solutions in Jira, monday.com, Confluence, and other tools to hit their business goals.
• Build demos that speak to customer requirements
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within prospect and customer accounts.
• Manage daily support requests, incident response, and strategic long-term planning for assigned clients
• Evaluate Atlassian Marketplace apps to solve customer challenges
• Coordinate and respond to client requests and other communications to meet contracted SLAs
• Plan and schedule personnel resources on a weekly basis to deliver on requests and objectives for client assignments
• Collaborate with technical consultants and client resources to maintain and ensure reliability of application instances
• Administer the Atlassian products and assist clients with implementation to support their business processes
• Collaborate with Marketing to share your experiences with others in the community

You’ll thrive as a Technical Consultant if you have:

• The ability to distill customer requests into the underlying needs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Effective time manage and expectation management skills
• The ability and experience to manage multiple clients and issues simultaneously
• The desire to share your knowledge with, and learn from other consultants on the team
• The experience to create technical documentation of all work done for customers

Required:

• 3+ years of managing Jira (Software, Core, Service Management), Confluence, and other Atlassian tools in On Premise or Cloud environments
• You should be able to comfortably speak to all scheme types and how they interact with one another in Jira without a reference guide
• You should understand the various entities that control permissions in Jira and be able to speak to what they are and how they interact with one another without a reference guide
• Understanding of JQL

Nice to have:

• Expertise writing Groovy scripts
• Experience with managing Linux systems via ssh
• Experience writing SQL queries to answer questions
• Experience writing scripts in a scripting language of your choice
• Understanding of how emails work at a deep level (SMTP, IMAP, POP)
• Atlassian Technical Certifications (ACP-JA, ACP-CA, ACP-SA, ACP-JCA)
• SAFe Certified
• ITIL Certified
• monday.com

• Tableau
