Atlassian Functional Architect (LATAM)

In TecnoFor by sngular we are looking for an Atlassian Functional Architect (LATAM) to join our team of more than 50 consultants!

What will you do?

• You will work with end users to determine their needs and requirements. Understanding what the system needs to do to meet user needs.
• You will map and determine what functionality is available with existing tools and identify new functionality that is needed.
• You will analyse and corroborate that the system meets the functional requirements of the users.
• You will perform estimations. Focus on understanding business processes and how they can be improved, and define strategies for improvement.
• Create documentation describing how the software should be designed and developed to meet requirements.
• You will provide detailed information on the functional requirements of the project to the technical team.
• Participate in the functional definition, analysing the feasibility of the solution. You will receive information from the technical team on available technologies and software architectures that can meet these requirements.
• Delivering true digital transformation of operations.
• Perform and present Demos and proofs of concept.
• Design workflows.
• You will support pre-sales.
• You will provide functional support to less experienced team members.

What do we expect from you?

At a technical level:

• At least 2 years experience in processes (ITSM, PPM, Lean/Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
• Experience in functional design of solutions (Diagramming, simplification, argumentation, planning).
• Facility of interlocution with clients to understand their problems and explain our solution.
• High capacity for analysis, research and problem solving.
• Solid technical skills and a deep knowledge of business processes.
• High level of English.
• ITIL certifications.
