i am trying to upload a small video at the ticket but it doesn't upload i a using mac recording screen so it generate .mov file I tried to change the file extension to .mp4 but still have the same issue
So we pay like idiots for a software that is unable to upload video and/or to tell us what is wrong? Do you have no feel of shame? You waste my time by uploading the video properly and then, when I try to save it, I got general error? Pathetic.
Hi @Yasmeen Maher
I know it was 2 years ago :) , but did you solve the issue with video upload?
I've got same issue and can't find the solution.

Nobody can. It is too difficult to upload images and videos to server. There is no such technology, that would allow us to store videos and to play them on demand. There is no way how to achieve it.

Hi Yasmeen, it may be that your site admin has limited the size of attachments. So I would look into that first, let me know how you get on.
