why Committed task and completed task is showing 0?
I think, You meant for Velocity Chart in JIRA.
It means that particular board (and it's REPORT) does not contain any issues for the particluar Sprint.
So
you can Check/Correct the filter query
or
Choose the correct board to see the actual report,.
