i would like to take the report for .....ticket routed by ....any advise here

is there a way to filter by ticket assigned by (so who assigned it to someone) (anything coming in, triaged but assigned to someone else)

Example So if you triage it, you assign it to the next. If it’s assigned to you but you assign to others. These globally:)
