removing fields from this screen

Good Morning,  I can not figure out how to remove fields from the screen in the screenshot.  I appreciate any help I can get.  Larry

Please go into the associated project setting >> summary >> screen >> screen configuration >> create screen >> In the create screen remove the field. Please follow the below link to remove the field from screen.

Fields are put on the screen when the screen is configured or when the field is added. The Jira admin can remove the field from the screen.
