I have noticed for some days now and even a year ago that i cant login to my main account am using for work on jira, it has really been a challenge to me. I cannot go back and check for my previously work, thereby forcing me to open a new account and all my past work will disappear.
this actually gave rise to me creating several new account that i cannot be able to use. once my data gets exhausted, automatically my account tends to shut down and when i recharge back the data i can no longer access my work. and this is so tiring because i have to start creating a new account and start my work all over.
Hi @Vivian Uju Okafor , I am not following what is going on here. Are you saying that you cannot log into Jira? Are others able to login to the instance? Is it possible that this free instance you have has been idle for a long time? Atlassian will decommission old free instances that have not been used for several months.
