How can we retrieve the description after modifying the workflow? I managed to locate some in the ticket history, but why are some descriptions unavailable?

Here's what happened: I recently created a new project and migrated issues from another project into it. In an attempt to create a filter to mirror other tickets into this project, I modified the workflow. Unfortunately, after making this change, descriptions in the tickets disappeared. While I managed to locate some descriptions in the ticket history, others seem to have vanished completely, despite being present before.
