how to get the field "open test status" to show in test case report

Question

I have executed test cases under Test Plan -> Test execution flow.

then I updated the test case status in the test repository by selecting open Test Status field -> provide test plan JIRA key.

Execution Status will get populated in the test status in Open Test Status field.

I want the execution status to be populated in the test repository and also the status column value should be in the report when extract.
