how to add new project in the drop down list in Portfolio/Create Release...under PortfolioPlanview

Hi!,

I am trying to add new project already created in Projects to the Portfolio Plan View. I am trying to create new fix version and I cannot see the new project in the drop down list. any suggestions?.
