how can i move issues to another thread?

Hi! I am having problem when i was trying to move an issue from one board to another thread, an error popped up on my screen which says "Error while performing bulk operation on issues. Please refer to Jira logs for more details." Its happening to me for 4 days.

Kindly look into it, also I am attaching a screenshot of that error.
