I tried to create my first Jira board. I got through the step where it asks you to choose the URL, then I chose Kanban (rather than Scrum), and then it said something like "creating" or "Setting up..." and the progress icon just spun and spun for minutes. After a while it said "this is taking a while but we'll email you when it's done." It has been 30 minutes, I only got an email saying that I had been enrolled for a Premium trial.
I tried browsing to my board's URL, and I get an error, "Your Atlassian Cloud site is currently unavailable. Please check Atlassian Status for known problems. If there are no known problems and your page hasn't appeared again in 5-10 minutes then please contact our support team." Status page says Jira is fine, so clicked Contact Support and it brought me to this forum lol.
