cannot edit or open a specific jira card

Hi,

I am trying to access a jira card from my agile board but I am unable to do so instead I am receiving the below error.

com.xpandit.raven.requirement.RequirementStatusCount cannot be cast to com.xpandit.raven.requirement.RequirementStatusCount

Whenever I click on this card I am encountering the above issue and hence cannot modify this ticket any further which is causing inconvenience.

Please anyone could provide with the solution to resolve this issue.

This is usually a cache related issue, and the steps below should fix this:

1. Please navigate to your Jira admin menu -> Manage Addons -> Xray - Integrity Checker.
2. Select the option "Clear Requirement Status Cache" and press clear;
3. And check the problem is gone.

In case it does not, please contact Xray Support (http://xraysupport.xpand-it.com) so that we can request additional information and investigate further.

This is an issue with the Xray app.  I would raise a support request with their staff.
