best practices to share project sensitive information (i.e. client's site logins) within jira/confluence

Scenario: you have a new project with client's sensitive info: website access pw, db, other logins, etc. and you need to share this between team members.

What are your recommendations? Do you use Jira/Confluence or something else?

Thanks!

I would suggest adding a page to the project space in Confluence and restricting it appropriately - https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Page+Restrictions
