when i open jira home and click on the project , browser shows "this site can't be reached" .Why there is this issue ?

this can have multiple reasons either youre not logged in or you dont have the the neccesssary permissions to browse the project i would advise you to contact your jira admin to see if you have the necessary permissions to acces this project.

I am already logged in with admin user and trying to access my project
try to access the project via the adminstration -> projects and then all projects and choose your project then go to the acccess tab and make sure you have the right rojects role with the permissions to access the project
