Why can't I find my inactive workflow?

Question

I spend much time adding statuses I had added in Settings > Issues > Statuses (the only way to do it) and transitions to an inactive workflow in a company-managed project.  I edited the name of the workflow.  Now I can't find it in Settings > Issues > Workflows, nor in > Workflow Schemes.  Please help.

I found it with a search > Inactive tab (keep not noticing that tab).
