The export starts message appears, and then it fails a second later. It fails for any CSV export option, but works for HTML for example
Hi @Sean_Ohannrachain ,
The error that you see if the api call triggering the csv generation fails, there isn't a reported error in the atlassian tools either https://jira-software.status.atlassian.com/.
You can straight off raise an Atlassian support ticket if the error keeps reoccuring for more than a day : https://support.atlassian.com/contact/.
Although if you'd like to investigate the issue further you can try to below steps:
Do let us know how it goes.
You can add a snippet of the network tab's error here too (with the PII blurred out), it might give more context to the error that you get.
Thanks, I'm getting some 404 & 409 errors, so I presume something has changed on my organisations side. I'll raise an internal ticket, thanks!

Hi @Sean_Ohannrachain ,
Sorry to hear about the issue. Was it working before? Did you try with another browser? Do you know if other users are running into the same problem? Can you export from a different filter?

It was working before Carlos
It is not working in at least Edge and Chrome
I asked a colleague to check and they have experienced the same failure
It doesn't work with other filters

It appears like it may be a VPN issue, as it's not working for me while connected to it, and it worked for a colleague when they disconnected from it

Hey @Sean_Ohannrachain did that work for you? Usually it's simple stuff like VPNs or other privacy related features that cause these issues, especially if it keeps recurring.
If you want a better way to view your Jira data in a spreadsheet format (that's smarter and not clunky, try Visor (for free).
https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1226209/visor-spreadsheet-gantt-chart-for-jira-with-excel-export?tab=overview&hosting=cloud
Visor has a two-way Jira integration (so you don't have to export data and re-export when it becomes stale). It preserves all your Jira hierarchies and relationships, and enables you to share with people who don't have Jira access.
You can also create gantt charts, roadmaps, dashboards using your live Jira data and share them with whoever you want.
Anyhow, Visor is my app, so yeah it's a plug ;) But it should be a good tool for you, couple of images from Visor below:

Yeah, VPN could be the reason for the issue. Do you have a network administrator that can help?
