Why I cannot edit sender name in customer notifications?

When I edit "Email from:" in General Configuration with text (MyCompanyName) and send a notification to a customer, I detect as customer receive other sender name configuration as "${fullname} (Jira)".

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

Currently, we can change the “Email From” only for system notifications. Customers receive different notifications, that’s why the change you made is not applied to their notifications and it still shows the agent’s full name.

Thanks!  Office 365 spoofing filter does not like it.  It alerts someone is pretended to be the agent.  Our security is asking us to fix it.  Please help!
