View Custerms in project directory

Andreas Bruckauf October 17, 2024

If we try to find open / closed requests in JSM we used the view via project->directory-> customers

right now we are no longer able to see any result. From time to time there will be displayed some results.

Does anyone have the same issue. First recognized this morning.

I'm in the Project view and we use the highlighted customers

On this page we saw the open and closed requests.

But right now we do not see them any more. ( just from time to time / looks like a temp issue)

@Jack Brickey

Is someone using cloud facing the same issue?

Hi @Andreas Bruckauf , I am unsure of where you are navigating to here. Can you expand on this or share a screenshot?

hi @Andreas Bruckauf , Ok so you are in project settings > customers. So in the project that you are viewing do any of those customers have issues they reported for that specific project?

I wanted to share the following KB article in the event it might apply in your situation. jira-service-management-project-displays-unwanted-customers-in-customer-section
