Unable to upload a screenshot in a ticket - Error "failed to upload"

Hello!

It's been 2 days I have issues to upload screenshots in the issues. I tried to add a screenshot in a comment but the error "failed to upload" is displayed.

I tried to rename the image, I checked the size, it's 233 KB so shouldn't be a size problem and I have only 2 other screenshots in my comment.

This issue happens also to my colleagues.Screenshot 2022-06-01 at 10.19.39.png

Does anyone knows how to solve this?

If this problem persists not only to you, but also to your colleagues, I would suggest you to raise a request on Atlassian support (https://support.atlassian.com/contact/) if you are indeed on a paid plan. Atlassian team will look into this issue and provide any feedback.
